Let me be your “Dinner Chef”

Good nutrition is essential to your physical health at any age. As you age, healthy eating can become even more important. It can make a difference in your health by helping to improve how you feel and encourage a sense of well-being. Healthy eating can improve your energy levels, boost the immune system, and help you feel great inside and out. Eating in a healthy manner can help you meet your nutrient needs, maintain a healthy body weight, and reduce the risk of chronic disease.

If you are concerned about senior family members and their ability to prepare healthy meals, please consider purchasing a meal service for them. It will reduce your stress and concern about them preparing healthy whole food meals. Since I cook in their home, it will also provide some companionship for them during the cooking session.

I will shop for the freshest, organic (when available) whole food ingredients, cook everything with love and care, store the meals safely, provide labels and directions for heating and serving and leave a sparkling clean kitchen prior to departing.
